Ethnographic research

While at THREE Group, I was the sole designer, camera man, and associate put in charge of fully documenting and capturing a series of ethnographies, and other qualitative research, across the U.S. for our client, a global ride-sharing company. The purpose of this project was to capture the essence and lifestyle of the people using the service as drivers. I created the deliverables, in partnership with a strategist, which included a full report that contains photos taken while in field, custom illustrations, and a video summary that incorporates footage from group discussions and in-home interviews. I also included a printed ethnographic photo journal as a tangible piece to expand on the mood in field and depict the research participants in detail.
